Alpenhaus®

Emmentaler

This famous Swiss cheese is named after the valley in which it was originally produced—Emme in the canton of Berne in Switzerland where it has been made since the 13th century. Alpenhaus® Emmentaler displays the typical holes one would expect from Swiss cheese and is well loved for its fruity sweetness with nutty undertones.

Alpenhaus® Emmentaler is an essential item on any cheese board and also works well as a flavorful ingredient in many hot dishes.
