County Line®

Brie was first made in the Ile-de-France region just outside Paris in the fifth century. When you bite into its edible, bloomy white rind and encounter its pleasantly mellow interior, you’ll understand why it has been one of France’s most popular cheeses ever since that time.

County Line® Brie is a domestically produced version of this soft-ripened classic that features the trademark flavor and aroma of fresh mushrooms that brie lovers seek. Its soft and slightly runny interior nicely complements fresh fruits and nuts and pairs well with Bordeaux and Burgundy wines.
