Havarti with Caraway

Most commonly found in rye bread or sauerkraut, the addition of caraway seeds to the Danamark® brand’s ultra-lush and buttery Havarti is an enthusiastic combination to write home about. Technically a fruit, the caraway seed is similar to anise exuding a unique, tangy black licorice flavor. A hint of slightly peppery, pungent flavor and aroma is added to this buttery Havarti, making for a delightful semi-soft table cheese. The zippy caraway flavors bring this cheese to a wonderful balance of nuttiness and cream.
