El Cortijo® Campos de Toledo is a wonderful, intensely flavored Spanish Blue cheese made from a blend of cow’s milk and sheep’s milk. Crafted in Northern Spain, Campos de Toledo offers a slightly piquant bite, and rich, buttery texture that makes a nice contrast with sweet, crisp pears and apples.
