Salsa Jack

Great Midwest® Salsa Jack cheese will make your taste buds shimmy with a tasty combination of traditional salsa-inspired ingredients like tomato, onion, chives and jalapeño peppers. For an inspired entrée, grate some of this soft buttery cheese on top of chili or salsa. Sprinkle shredded Salsa Jack on burritos, or melt into a tasty dipping sauce for nachos.
