Colby Jack

Colby Jack—sometimes referred to as "co-jack"—is a combination of Colby and Monterey Jack that is easy-to-recognize due to its distinctive white and orange marbling. It is a young cheese that has a mild to mellow flavor and a semi-hard texture. Colby Jack is perfect for dressing up any cheese tray and can be added to salads, sandwiches and sauces.
