Green Bay Cheese® Mozzarella is a pasta filata styled cheese that is made by stretching the curd to produce a finely layered, slightly elastic texture. It can be shredded easily and melts readily making it ideal for pizza, lasagna and casseroles. This creamy, tantalizingly mild cheese enhances the flavor of Chardonnays and makes an attractive addition to cheese platters.
