Double Gloucester

Ilchester® Double Gloucester cheese boasts a flavor similar to Cheddar, but is sweeter and mellower with a texture that is slightly waxy and dense. Its name comes from the region it was traditionally produced in: Gloucestershire, England. The “Double” refers to the traditional recipe that uses milk from both morning and evening milkings. Double Gloucester is well known for its smooth, mellow flavor and buttery texture.
