Ilchester® Five Counties is a celebration of England’s “territorial” cheeses, featuring single layers of Double Gloucester, Red Leicester, Cheshire, Derby and Somerset Cheddar. Five Counties is mellow, slightly tangy and a marvel in cheese architecture that was recognized with the coveted Gold Award at the 2007 World Cheese Awards.
