Shropshire
Similar to Stilton though sharper and creamier, Shropshire is a soft cheese with a strong, distinctive flavor and a slightly tangy aroma. This blue cheese has a definite sour or wine-like tang with oranges and lemons, but the Shropshire aftertaste is sweet. Ilchester® Shropshire looks quite dramatic on a cheese plate or other gourmet spreads.
