Wensleydale with Mango & Ginger
The exotic piquancy of ginger perfectly complements the freshness of real Wensleydale cheese, sweetened slightly with the addition of delicious mango. The flavor combination of Ilchester® Wensleydale with Mango & Ginger makes for an unusual and extremely tasty cheese. In addition to being a wonderful dessert cheese with dried fruits, this Wensleydale is a delight when crumbled over cooked pork sausages or burgers and slightly melted. Or, build a chunky sandwich with slices of cheese, fresh mango and some baby lettuce leaves and dress with a dash of Balsamic vinegar.
