Jarlsberg® Lite cheese (“yarulz-burg”) provides consumers with the same mild and nutty flavor found in traditional Jarlsberg® cheese, but has 50% less fat and 30% fewer calories. This richly-flavored light version has the same buttery texture as the original, making it perfect for reduced fat sandwiches and wraps. It can also be used to add flavorful flair to vegetable dishes without adding excessive calories.
