Joan of Arc® Camembert is a soft-ripened cheese with a full flavor spectrum. Mild- to full-flavored depending on its age, camembert cheese is similar to brie in texture, but is distinguished in taste by the rich cow’s milk produced in the Normandy region. With its soft, bloomy white rind and creamy light yellow interior, camembert makes a gorgeous addition to any cheese plate.
