La Société Fromagre du Livradois

Fourme d’Ambert

Delicately crafted from full-flavored cow’s milk of the fertile Auvergne region of France, Fourme d’Ambert is a rich, creamy and slightly pungent artisanal blue-veined cheese. The interior of this fromage is refreshingly white with sandy blue veining dappled throughout. Encompassed in a thin, yellowish rind, this alluringly aromatic cheese has mellow, nutty flavors alongside a soft, smooth feel.
