Mild Sheep Cheese

Landana® Mild Sheep Cheese is a semi-hard, traditionally prepared sheep’s milk cheese with a pleasantly mild flavor. This cheese is naturally ripened on untreated pine boards for 6-8 weeks. Landana® Mild Sheep Cheese’s characteristic flavor makes a great addition to cheese plates, sandwiches and salads.
