Leerdammer® Lightlife provides a lighter way to enjoy the sweet, nutty, mild flavor of Leerdammer® with 40% less fat. As with the original, Leerdammer® Lightlife is a delectable cross between traditional Dutch Gouda and Emmental cheeses. Its ivory flesh is dotted with large eyes and features a semi-hard texture that works well in sandwiches, salads and entrées.
