Located in Poligny (the “Capital of the French Gruyere and Comté”), Les 3 Comtois™ (“Lay Trwa Com-twa”) works closely with Europe’s oldest Comté affineur to produce a variety of flavorful mountain cheeses. Les 3 Comtois™ cheeses are carefully aged in ripening caves built by Napoleon more than 200 years ago.
