Radiating with smooth, fruity flavors, this semi-firm Alpine cheese is bathed in vats of Merlot producing an exceptionally robust arrangement of flavors. Crafted in the beautiful Zurich region of Switzerland, this authentic Swiss cheese was originally created to form a gourmet alliance of a creamy, local cheese and a full-bodied wine. The magical process involves handcrafting premium Swiss milk into cheese wheels, aging those rounds four months in a temperate cellar and then maturing for additional 60 days while being dipped intermittently in red wine.
