Asparagus with Goat Cheese

Makes 6 servings.

Ingredients:

  • 1-1/2 lb fresh asparagus 
  • 1/2 cup walnut peices 
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 4 oz. goat cheese

Instructions:

Trim the fresh asparagus. Melt the butter in a medium size sauté pan and add the asparagus and walnuts. Sauté for 1 minute. Place in serving dish and crumble goat cheese on top. Season with salt and 4 color pepper.
