- 17 oz. (2 c.) plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 c. shelled peas
- 1 small cucumber, chopped
- 3/4 c. dried cranberries
- 2/3 c. chopped walnuts
- 4 oz. blue cheese crumbles
- Pita Chips or crackers, for serving
Spread the yogurt on a large platter. Top with peas, cucumber, dried cranberries and walnuts. Finish by topping with Salemville® Amish Gorgonzola Cheese Crumbles. Serve with pita chips or crackers.
