Makes 16 tea sandwiches.
- 2 lbs. Mun-chee® cheese or flavored Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mango chutney, such as Major Grey's®
- 12 slices thin dark pumpernickel, Westphalian style
Slice Mun-chee® cheese into 8 1/4 inch thick slices (each slice will be about 2 oz.). For each sandwich spread 2 teaspoons chutney on each of 3 slices of bread. Place a slice of Mun-chee® cheese on a slice of bread. Layer with another slice of bread, another slice of cheese, and the third slice of bread. Press down. Cut off crusts of bread with sharp knife. Cut sandwich into quarters. Repeat 3 more times until you have 16 tea sandwiches.
