Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. ground turkey
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 8 fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries, cut into small pieces
- Salt and pepper, to taste (approximately 1/4 tsp. each)
- 6 oz. Joan of Arc® brie, sliced
- 6 ciabatta rolls
Garnish:
- Tomato (as desired)
- Vidalia onion, diced, to taste
- Lettuce (as desired)
Instructions:
Mix ground turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl. Form into 12 thin patties. Sprinkle cranberries evenly over six patties. Place sliced brie over the six cranberry-covered patties. Place an uncovered patty over each and press ends with your finger tips. Spray grill with cooking spray and grill patties 5-6 minutes on each side, or until thoroughly cooked. Serve on ciabatta roll with mayonnaise and garnish with tomato, lettuce and onion.
