Cheddar-Cider Fondue

Makes 4 - 6 servings


  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 c. apple cider
  • 2  (8 oz.) packages  Cheddar cold pack cheese spread


In medium saucepan, stir together flour, nutmeg and cinnamon; gradually add apple cider. Cook, stirring over medium heat until thickened. Stir in Cheese Pack and continue stirring until smooth. Transfer to fondue pot. Serve with assorted fruits, apples, pears, grapes, bread cubes or mini toasts.
