Feta Dip with Sun-Dried Tomatoes

Makes 4 servings.


  • 7 oz. feta, crumbled into very small pieces
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 3 tsp. sun-dried tomato tapenade
  • A couple drops of water


Blend all of the ingredients together until smooth. Refrigerate and serve with bread or breadsticks.
