Feta Dip with Sun-Dried Tomatoes
Makes 4 servings.
- 7 oz. feta, crumbled into very small pieces
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 3 tsp. sun-dried tomato tapenade
- A couple drops of water
Blend all of the ingredients together until smooth. Refrigerate and serve with bread or breadsticks.
