Molten Chocolate Le Cendrillon™ Cheesecake

Makes 6 Servings.


  • 4 oz. dark chocolate, chopped
  • 4 Tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 4 tsp. flour
  • 1 unit (4.41 oz.) Le Cendrillon™ cheese, cut into 1/2" cubes
  • 1/2 cup cinnamon applesauce
  • 6 caramelized cherries


Preheat the oven to 500°F.

Buter and flour 6 ramekin bowls.

Melt the chocolate and the butter in a bowl set over hot water. Set aside to cool.

In a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar for 5 minutes or until the sugar is completely dissolved. Add the chocolate mixture and stir to combine. Fold the flour with a rubber spatula.

Place half the mixture in the ramekins. Add a slice of cheese to each one and cover with the remining mixture.

Bake on the middle rack for about 8 - 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and let sit for 3 minutes before unmolding onto dessert plates.

Serve warm with a spoonful of applesauce and a caramelized cherry.
