Salemville® Blue Cheese Stuffed Dates

Makes 4 servings.


  • 2 Tbsp. Greek yogurt
  • 2 oz. Salemville® Smokehaus Blue Cheese
  • 14 dates, pitted
  • 1/8 c. chopped pistachios


In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt and Salemville® blue cheese. Slice one side of each date in half lengthwise. Cut the corner off a plastic bag and fill with the blue cheese mixture. Pipe the mixture into the dates.  Sprinkle with chopped pistachios immediately before serving.
