Salemville® Smokehaus Blue® cheese is a hand-crafted Applewood smoked blue cheese with a slightly sweet, lightly smoky flavor. As with all Salemville® cheeses, Smokehaus Blue® is farmer-certified rBGH free, rich in calcium and contains no preservatives or chemical additives. Sustainably produced in a Wisconsin Amish community.
